Rising star Tim Smith has made his mark already in many aspects of the film process. Stunts are this athletic man’s specialty. Recognized for this physical prowess Tim J Smith has been much sought after on countless sets to double and perform feats of considerable skill and strength. Blessed with a strong physique and lean frame at 6’2” and 185 pounds our Shreveport Louisiana native makes quite an impact whenever he steps forward. Among his many abilities include finesse delivering comedy and strengths in numerousf sports, being skilled at football, track and field, baseball, boxing and martial arts, to name a few. And a mean dance machine he is too with a knack for hip hop et al.
Born on Dec. 3, 1985 our hunky beau also has a flash for accents. Being able to speak with a Jamaican and English tongue has led to more roles for Mr. Smith, known to his friends as Timbo Slice. But don’t let the nice exterior of this Sagittarius sage fool you, this smooth talker makes turns out to be quite a performer in the recent Nicolas Cage actioner Drive Angry 3D. Apart from this fantastic thriller Smith has figured prominently on both the big and small screens in such fare as Dark Blue and Infamous. Word on the street and on set has seen the big guy draw impressive notices for doing other less glamourous jobs like set dressing, stand-in work and even electrical help and production assistance stints.
Odd jobs like these have only enabled Tim Smith to learn more knowledge and understanding of the whole creative process. Knowledge, education and team work seem to be approaches that Tim Smith has learned to excel at with considerable ease.
